Today, we will be getting interactive with the class website and working on some more interactive activities on the Discovery Network site.
First, you will click on the tab called “Classroom Rules” above. Sign in with your first name and class period and make a comment, such as “I understand and accept the Classroom Rules.”
Next, we will head over to the The Discovery Network website via the links below. You will take notes on each video in your composition notebook. Think about how these videos enhance the related reading that went with The Treasure of Lemon Brown: The Timeline, History Article, and Feature Article. You will need to sign in to your portal to open these – Log in to your student portal, click on the Discovery logo to enter the site. Then you should be able to access the videos:
